in reference to gossamer for gunslingers: 34 AP resets for HT. 34x 8.5 = 292M archers: 61 AP resets x 8.5 = 518.5M + int gear money + more ap resets for reseting base int if youre not as funded money for new source which requires 9K w/o HB @ HT, you will need a lot of more $ for both sair/bm
could I have an estimate? im so clueless about HP washing and etc. Will I need Int gear for Corsair? I doubt I will be able to afford it at all
ask gossamer he is master over this material and check his HP washing guide for new players Right now, corsairs do not need INT gear/extra AP into INT to wash a corsair. A corsair's has enough natural MP to wash from level ups without any funds If you want an estimate for the HP you need for HT @ Lv.155 on a corsair, then.. Target HP: 9,000 Natural HP @ 155: 4938.5 (Gossamer's formula: [{(#JobAdv-1)*325 + Level*25} + 88.5]) Needed HP: 4062 HP (9000-4938.5) gunslingers gain 20 HP per 16 MP lost using AP resets instead of Lv.up AP Cross multiply: 4062/20HP X 16 MP = 3250 MP required Natural Washable MP gained @ 155: ~700 MP (Pheelo's formula: (175*(#JobAdv-1) + 2.5*Level - 212)) MP needed from Base INT/INT Gear/or both: 3250 MP - 700.5MP = 2550 MP 10 INT per level up = 1 MP 2550 MP = 25,550 INT from level 1 to 155. 25,550/155 lvls = 164.83 INT/per lvl up ---> rounded to 170 INT/lv up So to make a corsair with 9,000 HP @ Lv.155 for HT without Hyper body for the new source, you need to accumulate 25,550 INT from level 1-155 by INT gear and adding extra base INT. How much money is it? Needed HP/MP: 4062HP or 3250 MP 4062 HP/ 20 = 204 AP resets 204 AP resets * 8.5M (avg. price of 1 reset) = 1.734B mesos (This amount does not include the AP resets to needed to revert base INT back to 4, or the prices of INT gear needed to hit 170 INT/lv). Keep in mind you'll be somewhat weak since you've added extra base INT into your AP, so you'd also need to pay for leech unless you have your own bishop.
So what If I have 200k NX and 100m in mesos on my lvl50 cleric? what is the best path from there towards a bossing corsair? Or would a class like hero/paladin be better?
Paladins are very poor for bossing. I personally feel like heroes are a great bossing character and much more cheaper to wash. If you like DK's, they!re also a great choice, but a bit trickier due to the berzerk requiremenrs of being less than 40% health for maximum damage. I've washed about 170~ times on my hero and I already have almost 21k health at level 159. Warriors are also much easier to grind if you wanted an attacking character faster. Best path would be to finish making a bishop though so that you can self leech your corsaor if you choose to make one (or any charcater tbh)
