Looked through the website. It seems the only purpose for using this application is if you own a lower-end computer that overheats extremely, or if the fan is constantly running on max (which typically is caused by a massive buildup of dust inside the computer, and I would recommend cleaning it out with compressed air). It should not conflict with royals, unless you limit the royal's process with the application. This does not seem to violate the terms of service of this server.
I just want to have 3 clients for HS, but CPU is reaching the bottleneck while running 3 maples, which make my browser some lag.
@wind99121 You should definitely be careful doing that on a laptop. The fans are not meant for that kind of processing! Perhaps you should use coolant paste, but that would require you to open up your laptop, and I do not recommend that unless you know what you are doing; you should also use compressed air to get all of the dust out of your fan/overall laptop - this will significantly reduce the pressure on the fan. Also, try other applications such as GameBooster that are made specifically to reduce the processing power put onto other applications, and focus it on the gaming ones that you select. Regardless, the software you mentioned seems functional, and may do the job. Just take care of your hardware! Anyway, have fun and let me know if you need help with anything!
Im running on 5420 desktop, my pc doesnt getting overheat but seems can not handle 3 maple and browser etc... at same time. Its running fine now.
It's not that if it can run it or not. It's that running it may cause damage to your PC longterm! .........?
