Problem: I gain less mana when putting AP into MP
Details: I am currently trying to double wash to get more HP due to the fact that HT is buffed. The problem is that I am getting less mana than I should be getting when I put AP into MP. There is a double washing guide (http://royals.ms/forum/threads/how-to-mp-wash-double-wash.18158/), which states that "A Thief will naturally gain 10-12 MP per point placed into MP and will lose 12 mp per point reset. A Thief with 120 BASE INT will gain 22-24 MP per point placed into MP and will lose 12 mp per point reset. A Thief with 120 INT from equips will gain 10-12 MP per point placed into MP and will lose 12 mp per point reset." From what I have gathered, I know that a pirate with 100 base int will gain 24-26 MP per point placed into MP and will lose 16 MP per point reset.

However, I am getting 20-22 MP instead. In the screenshots attached, you can see that I have been getting 20-22 MP after each AP put into MP.

In total, I have put 35 AP into MP not knowing that I have been gaining 4 less MP per AP, which results in me getting 140 MP less.

    Possible causes of error:
    1. It could be true that pirates only gain 12 MP per AP put into MP, which ultimately results in me getting 20-22 MP gained (since I have 100 base int), and losing 16 MP per point reset.
    2. It could also be true that the double washing guide MAY have a little flaw which results in me getting less MP than I should be getting.

Thank you for your time. I hope you can find a solution to this matter and have a great day.

MP washing is not a supported feature, and there are no character issues involved with this.

    Moving this to help&advice.

Could you at least investigate if I am getting less MP please? It could be true that pirates are getting 12 MP instead of 16 when adding MP, which could be an error. Therefore I really think this is a character issue as pirates should be getting 16 MP instead of 12.

Referring to Gossamer's guide on hp washing, the amount of mp you get on a thief and pirate are the same when using level up ap. Thieves and Gunslingers both get 10-12 mp per level up ap used on it, therefore, since your base int is 100, you get 20-22 mp per point used as well. The difference is that gunslingers lose 16 mp when taking out mp points while thieves only lose 12. Thieves also get more hp per wash (20-24) compared to a gunslinger(16-20). Basically, corsairs are shafted in both ways when it comes to hp washing, which is why everyone considers it very difficult/ resource consuming to wash a corsair to the higher amounts of hp in comparison to every other class.

So you are saying that there is nothing wrong with the MP gain? Wow, then it must be difficult to wash to 9k HP as a Sair. In that case, I'll give up double washing then. Thank you so much for the reply.
