Not Bug I kill 7 manons but it not drop manon's cry

I kill 7 manons but it not drop manon's cry i think its a bug !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its so bad

yea i let me frien to help me kill manon i kill last one he leave map

 

There is no bug with Manon Cries not dropping, Dimitri checked it out and they did drop.

You must have had really bad luck.
