As title mentioned above, I have not received the Orb of Versalmas after helping out Mom & Dad 15 times. Because according to the thread http://royals.ms/forum/threads/mapleroyals-christmas-event-info.46546/, one should be able to get the Orb of Versalmas once the quest is being completed 15 times ( I have not receive the mentioned item from yesterday as well, going from 14th to 15th). As an evidence, I've attached some screenshots to prove that I did not receive the rare material from Mom & Dad. Any fix on this would be very much appreciated, thanks! I have the same problem. Just helped for the 16th time and still no Orb. I haven't received it once during the entire course of the event.
IGN : txxkim lvl 135 bowmaster I have the same problem. I just did the quest like 10-20min ago again and just got a stretchy material again.. I have 7 stretchy material, 6 black fur (1 may received from friend) so 5 or 6, and 4 snow silks (1 received from friend) so 3. Even taking those out I've done the quest 15-16 times already and still getting other stuff. Hope we can all be helped
Having the same problem IGN: Soondori Level 120 Nightlord I had the snow silk, black fur, and stretchy material before the 15th try and haven't received the orb yet
I have multiples of all three of the other items in my inventory both the 15th and 16th time I completed the quest and still haven't received the orb at all.
Thanks for reporting the bug, it should be fixed now, so you should see results on your next attempt(s).
I just turned in my 15th Mom and Dad Quest, and did not receive the Orb. I had the 3 items in my inventory as well. IGN: Attainable
Having the same problem IGN: devilpistol Level 137 carsair I had the snow silk, black fur, and stretchy material before the 15th try and haven't received the orb yet
Fixed. There was a underlying issue where if you had done this similar quest last year, it wouldn't let you get the items you needed.
