Can't start the game!

So as you seen on the thread title, I can't start up the game. Yesterday it was all normal but today something happend to my Mapleroyal folder. I'll attach a gyazo link containing my problem: https://gyazo.com/7d25931e88a5103339d58c27aeb605ac
As you can see, in the folders there's no 'Mapleroyals' file that starts up the game, BUT, there's an shortcut on my desk called mapleroyals which I got when i re-downloaded the game. My question is, how do I fix this problem? Someone, please...?

 

1. Do you have an antivirus installed? Disable it or whitelist MapleRoyals.
2. Reinstall the game.

 

@simon56 I might possibly assume that your antivirus might be deleting it under the suspicion that it's a virus.

 

I don't have any antivirus, should I disable the windows firewall or something? I have re-downloaded it like 4 times...

 

Okey guys so I just downloaded the file again without creating a desk shortcut. Looked like normal until I pressed the ¨Mapleroyals¨ file (the launcher) then it said something like ¨The file wont start cause it's virus" or something similiar and the file disappeared. I don't even have a antivirus???

 

I suspect it's Windows Defender that is causing the problem. Try whitelisting it using this guide.

 

Yea I'll, downloading the game again, zzzzzzz...
