been playing a lot less and dancing a lot more, just a snippet from a freestyle event I've joined recently! got into semis and made some tangible progress
I have literally read every single post in this thread, it's so delightful. ^_^ Congrats to all the scholars, full and part-timers, newly weds, bond-sharers, meeter-uppers, and the people who managed to roll out of bed! You guys are the real MVPs. As for me, I've been working at my job for a while now, and I went from working part time for 7.25/hr to becoming a General Manager on a salary in only one year with no previous supervisory experience. Even the CEO of the company is flying down next month to speak to me and personally congratulate me! It's been a long, difficult road littered with mistakes and triumphs, but totally worth it. I like to look at it is attending business school for free with hands on experience, AND getting paid for it. Pretty nice. ^_^
Just bought my first house two months ago. Enjoying having my own place for once, not worried about waking anyone at all when I get up for work at 4am, which then again I also work from home.
Haven't played this good in a while, so it's an IRL accomplishment, OK?!?!? I feel proud about it I don't always top frag but when I do...
I got a promotion yesterday. And then the guy that promoted me got fired three hours later. The promotion wasn't announced yet. So.... ./Waits in limbo
It's been 3 months since my original interview and almost 2 months since I received notification that I got the job, however I've only now gotten through the security phase and things are finally solidified for my relocation. My partner has been approved to transfer within his company and he starts on the 1st of February. I won't start until the end of Feb so I'll be having a nice 2-3 week holiday exploring a new city
Ooo Congrats!! 3 months is a long time!! Your patience and prayers has finally been paid off!! Now, spread your wings and fly!! And good luck!!
This sounds like a joke to some, but for me this is an insane accomplishment. I uninstalled World of Warcraft. Bye addiction
