Can't Start Game

Please Help!
I start up the game by double clicking the client, and the screen gets dark and bigger as if it's going to start, but then it exits out and this text box appears. How can I fix this?

 

Change the compatibility.
Right Click the client > Properties > compatibility and run in windows 98/windows ME

 

It won't let me click the checkbox to change the compatibility...

 

Nevermind, I got it to work with the troubleshooter. Thank you!

 

Clicking change settings for all users also work.

 

I still get the same thing. I did everything you said.
