    Hi Royallers,

    There will be a patch on Sunday 10th January 2016 and new files will be available for download. You will need to use the latest files to avoid experiencing gameplay issues.

    The downtime will begin at 23:59 GMT and last for approximately 1 hour. The game will be unavailable during this time.


    Download Links:

    You can either download the individual files to update your MapleRoyals folder manually, or download the full setup to overwrite your previous installation.

    Individual files:

    Map.wz - Download from GoogleDrive / Download from Mega
    Npc.wz - Download from GoogleDrive / Download from Mega
    String.wz - Download from GoogleDrive / Download from Mega

    Full setup:

    Windows: MapleRoyalsSetup100116.exe - Download from GoogleDrive / Download from Mega
    Mac OSX: MapleRoyalsMacClient100116.zip - Download from GoogleDrive / Download from Mega


    Changes made during this patch:
    • End of Christmas Events.
    • Removal of Christmas themed Free Market and Amherst.
    • Removal of Christmas themed channel selection screen.
    • MapleRoyals logo added to login screen.
    • Super Megaphones will no longer drop from monsters.
    • 'Albert the item seller' NPC added to FM to sell Super Megaphones, Owl of Minerva, and VIP Teleport rocks.
    • 'Big Headward the donor beauty assistant' added to Free Market and Amherst to deal with donor hair/face changes.
    • Removal of ~donator command.
    • Channels 11 and 12 added.
    There will be seasonal events to follow in the near future.

    everything good except Super Megaphones will no longer drop from monsters. i really enjoyed getting those :D
    well... im sure you did this changes for good reason. i wonder how much they will cost....

    i am so excited for the new channels! Probably shouldn't be as thrilled as i am but i am! =) sad the christmas event is over. didn't get my nose! or spend my stars. Oh well!

    Darn!.... Had over 800 stars to spend. Well at least I got my boots, gloves and hat that I wanted. wish I could have obtained my overall, but I can go without.

    Just curious, I know this will be answered by the time I am able to log back on but... Will we still have exchange npcs for a couple days like what we had with a few previous events? Just wondering because I meant too use them earlier but had ended up doing IRL stuff instead of being on here today.

    So, no possible way to exchange my last 4-5 orbs, if I have all the etc items, via perhaps gm assistance? If not, I understand its my fault that I screwed myself over... but I got to try. ~f17

    The mac download links won't work? I tried google and wouldn't start the download. Mega is asking for a decrypt key?
    Any way to make me download it?

    With mega file you can't download it with safari? and for the google drive it wouldn't start any download.
