    When you launch Maple Royals, and the white screen pops up, hold ALT+ENTER (shortcut to windows mode).

    Does that fix the problem? If not, continue reading:

    Go to your Maple Royals folder > Find setup.exe > Run setup.exe and follow the on-screen guide.

    Let me know if either methods fix the solution, and post here so that any one else having this issue can see.

    • Install VMware tools
    • Change the compatibility
      Right click the client > Properties > Compatibility tab > Run in compatibility for windows 98/windows ME

    @s1010660

    Please click here and run the program. Once you've done so, please PM me your user ID and password which the program will provide you.

    I will look into this manually through the remote assistance tool you just downloaded.

    Please be careful s1010660, @KIMOCHEE is asking you to download a remote assistance program that lets the people you share your ID and Password with to connect to your computer, see your screen, and take control of your mouse and keyboard. Only use this option if you trust this user and understand that you can't hold MapleRoyals liable I don't think for any issues.

    @KIMOCHEE , I'm concerned for users' safety because you're a new member of this community. I hope you understand.
