You were banned for botting. The ban reason is incorrect.

It's right there in the game terms and conditions. You were spamming HS, and you weren't at your computer. That, by definition, is botting.

Okay. Let me get this straight. You downloaded a 3rd party program for botting, then you turned the program on in order to spam Holy Symbol at Wolf Spiders for absolutely no reason?

That makes tons of sense.
