Many viruses detected, seems that it's time to quit MapleRoyals :c

Why would the client have a Trojan.OnlineGames detected?

In order to retrieve sensitive data, the trojan reads the process memory of certain game executables, for example WOW.EXE (World of Warcraft), ElementClient.exe (Perfect World), CabalMain.exe (Cabal Online). The trojan may also attempt to read certain variables from the games' configuration files. For example, the current game server address may be read from the CurrentServer.ini file.

Could you please give us a clean client? Thanks it's appreciated and will help you keep more players

 

Just saying, the one you have right now should also have this trojan just that it didn't get detected. Must feel weird that you've been carrying this "virus" since october eh?

Hi Matt, Thanks for the reply! I just tried the packed client you posted in the previous page, it's also fully detected as a virus :/

 

So am I and apparently 736 other players aswell.

Oh wait, we aren't because this virus is 100% harmless and it have always been free of harm.

Feel free to scan other private server's "insert name here".exe and you'll see for yourself that they also have this virus. (which is harmless)

i tried to do everything and nothing helped.

I believe your files have been corrupted, after the download of your last client. I have recieved 36 threats on my computer including pop up ads in web browser extension, mind you I did a complete scan of my computer before downloading the newest client with no threats detected. This is an issue that should be looked into.

 

Then what would i do for fix it?

 

Download the setup client full then try it to play

 

It's not possible you would get that from downloading the MapleRoyals setup or the client.

 

Then the case must be that it has lain, dornment for over 1 month, which is my last download other than mapleroyals client....

 

It's not physically possible for the client to make you get pop up advertisements
You might have noticed that you are the only one that claims they got browser malware from the download.

 

I wish we had a client that doesn't remove itself everytime

 

It's not possible for it to remove itself.
Obviously you have a program that does remove it.

 

Yeah thanks for stating the obvious captain. I intended to say a client that doesn't show as a malware and gets removed because of that.

 

It's not obvious, plenty of people who claim the client actually deletes itself, so either you believed in it or you are giving everyone reading it inaccurate information.
