What framrate do you record in and how much compression do you add?

 

WHAT A GR8 RUN@@@ although there were a few dc's and death's, it was fun :^) thank you all for joining on this crazy run!! took about ~35 minutes. Drops: all crap [Meteor 20, TT10, Power Stance 30, Heaven's Hammer 20] and grats @Oldie on a Yellow ZHelm!!
