All you need is 120 dex for a Stonetooth, and 160 accuracy for hitting every monsters in the game. I'd stick with 50 or 60 base dex, and try to get DEX from equipments, for example Zakum Helmet, Horntail Pendant, Green Neos Pants, Maple Leaf Accessory, Raccoon Mask and probably some dex boots, but I recommend you switch to Facestompers later on.
