Character name : 2020 (possibly adell) Last thing you did : checking fm on both characters Ban message when attempt to log in : your account has permanently banned for vac hack ( and its shows numbers 90xxx something like that) I dont know why i was banned as i rarely play , both characters uses different pcs and ip addresses (2020 uses my mobile 4g)
An update , my main account (Adell) can log in till character selection screen and always get disconnected from the server while my other account (2020) is still banned , help please
No sir , also i want to add this , when i try to log on my main from my laptop ( 2020 using ) i get disconnected at character selection but from my pc my main can log in but the other account is banned still
2020 was logged in from the same IP and MAC address as 90120 which was a lvl 3 character banned for mob vac, for this reason I asked if you play from any location that isn't home.
Hmmm, i sometimes log in from a café but not really playing , just setting up a shop but that rarely happens
My apologies , found out my friend was hacking on my laptop without my knowledge , I understand if the ban isn't lifted but i would like to give my sincere apologies and possibly a second chance and I can assure you a matter of this such wont happen again. Thank you for your time
Unfortunately we cannot be sure if it truely was a friend's doing so you will have to remain banned because of his actions.
Understood , at least can it be a temporary ban ? Like i mentioned this matter wont ever happen again , i already formatted the laptop but if it cannot be changed then its okay cause i really cant prove it was a friend's action , anyhow thanks for replying to my thread
