I think I know the cause already but I need more guidance in order to justify my innocence. Our accommodation has a common room where we can access to laptops for better internet (most of the time to skype parents,etc). Yes, I did logged in to a computer around that time because my internet was crappy (I'm not sure if you can check on me using my personal comp before logging to the common room comp). I transferred mapleroyals in and just before I finished playing (approximately 3.30pm or 4pm?) I logged out and went back to my room but I did not delete the files from the common room computer which can be access by anyone (standard ID and Pass). I can take a photo of the common room and the computer I used to play mapleroyals but I know it's not enough to justify my innocence. Are there anymore info needed so I can do my best to check them out for you?
I have been able to verify like you said that you were logged into your personal computer, then went onto the community computer. Your story adds up so you have been unbanned. Please let me know if you have any issue logging back in.
That's great news! Thank you. I'll try them out later at night when I'm free. On a side note, do you need me to delete mapleroyals from the community computer? I'll do it straight after I'm done with Uni.
It doesn't really matter as that community computer is banned from playing Royals so anyone who tries Royals on that computer will find their account banned. Perhaps you can uninstall it to reduce the possibility of someone else using it, but that's up to you.
