For FoG I was just using an 8 att wg, 64/10 pumpkin spear, and some accuracy gear (19 dex bath, 16 bandana, 11 earring) with max speed, si, echo, mw and hs while on heartstoppers (used amorian baskets to be able to hit them 100% of the time). At WS I used the same accuracy gear(Plus a 4 dex 14 acc racc mask) but I used a 17/29 zhelm, 22 scg, 16 FS, and 86 impaler. Same buffs and pots. This is much faster than even leeching at WS.
Maybe because , it realy depends on your party (how many 200s are in it for example) . Also it's no longer relevant due to new ht rip

here eli did 132m, and it's seems much easier, less genesis and maximize the monster u hit per genesis. exp is almost same but this rotation is way more simple to me
