Specific character is bugged.

Hi my name in game is Exlsior and when I enter him I get dc right away.
I tried to redownload the files and all that and still nothing works...
the wierd part is that I can login my other characters on the same account and nothing happens... playing smooth
please someone help me.

That means your files are not up to date.
