I searched for a report abuse thread about me after seeing the permanent ban notice while logging in yesterday. And I have to clear it up lol
What i wrote to her, was absolutely NOT related to anything sexual lol.... I've read Celiu's post on her thread and I understand that it sounds weird in english.. But it was just 100% random & spontaneous, those are lyrics from a youtube video i was listening earlier... I've got a "history" with her, we dont get along very well I suppose. I dont hold grudge towards anything, and I saw a smega of hers being negative. Since I was in a good and happy mood after finally winning a store in FM1, being first for once..

So I messaged her that she "Should loosen up grill" (grill is a twitch term for girl, not demeaning or anything).. and LOOSENING UP has nothing to do with trying to loosening her .... up.... what the hell lol >.> I meant it personality wise. Im not the type to disrespect women like that, you can verify that with anyone that knows me better or has even done a trade with me on Hagenees. I literally wished her good luck or told her to have fun with a genuine HEART, I cant even remember exactly, thats how harmless was meant to be. I was just in a happy mood lol. And comon, is it that weird to 'jam' out to music every now and thennn. Shes a girl btw too lol

Can a staff member please take a look at the ingame chat log rather than just what she decided to put in the screenshot?

 

Can you tell us why you ignored the very clear message of "Please stop whispering me."?
Whether it was sexual or not, the player had asked you to leave her alone and you refused to and thus it still falls under harassment.

 

There was literally a half a second of difference between the messages, right where she ended the screenshot is the last message, aside from saying good luck or have fun. It was night time when the server check happened and it didnt help standing in Ch1 fm, thats why I stopped whispering her after politely stopping the chat. When I begun writing the next sentence, she wrote Please stop and that was the interaction. It wasn't intentionally "harassing" her or ignoring her. I responded right when I saw it and even tried to be extra nice about it

I dont know if being random and spontaneous about something is classified as harassing, but I do kinda talk a lot once im going, and it doesnt help that i write quite fast lol, I apologize for that. Why cant we all just be in a cheerful mood..

I seriously dont understand why this is seen as harassment. Those are FOUR sentences of randomness that is apparently making me a bad person or a villian all together, i've been nothing but careful since the second ban, I even warn other random players about their speech in public when chatting because someone may get i nthe map and overhear something. And the content of my whisper had NO harmful intention.. Why cant that be recognized. Most it should count for is spam if some people are really that shallow and not understanding lol. I know what I wrote dude, you guys are acting like I waited a minute before stubbornly continue'ing to "spam" xd It was a impulse out of pure EXCITEMENT and not something i thought twice about when writing so how long could the delay possibly have been jesus. Its not all that easy to oversee everything and have a instant reaction to everything on windowed mode because your hardware is failing..
I've been told by staff members that they arent able to check a tenths of a second, how cna you be so certain there was such a delay between my messages for it to be considered as harassment.. Harassment in my eyes is a serious offence and look why im being put in that spot as "harasser".. xd Thats not right or fair in any wayy..
I'm also just a normal (non cheating) mapler trying to enjoy the game to the fullest and get somewhere within this unique community, who has enjoyed the game until IChu decided to close that door for me in a such a manner... Tim, ofcourse I realise that I cant get along with everyone and I dont lol, im sure there is atleast one person other than IChu that doesnt like me. I genuinely cant think of anybody atm, even with my first banishment when I just started here, I got to talk to the person who got me banned for kill stealing and we got it all settled up and has even apologized about the whole situation and has given me so much information and help anything mapleroyals related and we are still friends, ((Giiamesh)) i'm just that type of person lol. IChu is part of a large reputable guild in Mapleroyals, so that even drove me more to trying not to have hard feelings between the two of us despite what happened before. Where is any motivation to 'harass' her? Wouldnt it made more sense if I left the Guild im part of <Munchkins> before HARASSING someone whilst having a last warning xd (If you value your guild that is, and I sure did)

The rules arent even clear in when something is considered harassment beyond being obscene, hateful, unlawful, vulgar? I really dont see why my whispers have anything to do with anything related to something as serious as this after explaining the GENUINE meaning of the what my whispers were about. If I consider the general meaning of Harassment?

 

It's harassment because she made it clear she was uncomfortable talking to you and asked you to stop. Failure to do so falls under harassment. You won't be unbanned.

Harassment is behavior that disturbs other people, especially repetitively like you have done.

 

Jeen, how can you not understand that it wasnt on purpose... How can there not be place for human error? Like seriously, you cannot react instantly to everything someone does.. She doesn't even think twice about it after putting on the report "abuse" thread because she knows the procedure of getting someone banned apparently. I understand that she may felt uncomfortable, but if she writes "Please stop whispering" and I dont have any time to explain it to her that its NOT vulgar and sexual in any way.. How am I supposed to correct myself, if she doesn't even give me a chance? When I noticed the message, I immediately said bye not to be victimized or cause any ruckus and thats the truth lol

I gave the most genuine explanation and you dont even want to take my side of the story in account, ffs.

How is this fair? A permanent banishment... Why cant there be some slack in the rope

 

If you hate to have tension between people you should've started a normal conversation with her to attempt to resolve the situation, however this is not what you have done. How would you feel if someone you have tension with starts spamming you in a language you don't speak? (Which results in the targeted player not knowing whether the other player is saying something nice, offensive, sexual or whatsoever) I think you should've thought that through before doing it.

 

The importance isn't that it was on purpose or not. It's the fact it was done at all when she clearly asked you to stop.

You won't be unbanned. You already had 2 chances to use the "human error excuse". You were given two chances and did it yet again. Sorry, but you can't plead human error when you break a rule repeatedly like you've done.

 

Dimitri, look... You're saying that I COULD'VE started a normal conversation, what you think I was leading up to? How am I supposed to get a normal conversation started if I dont get the chance to say anything beyond a few lyrics from a song, im sorry for jamming to damn music lol, but its a impulse, I even provided you those exact lyrics. Anyway, I realise that she felt uncomfortable after asking for the translation @ Tim, because it does NOT sound right in english combined with the loosening up part (Explained), I agree and I apologize for that, but the reality is... Jeen, I understand what you mean, human error may be a bit exaggerated. But the first two ban's could've happened to ANYONE who hasn't played maplestory in years, I know its on me to ready the Game Terms & Policy, I know.. But thats where my stubborn ban came from. Having played Tibia for more than a decade switching servers back to back, it will make you hate Power Abusers and I just felt power abused not having read the ToS and judging by old maple you know xd (NP)

Second ban > A tease gone too far or taken too seriously, nothing more or less to add

There were no human error excuses to be pleaded (pled? lol) for on those bans because they were all intentional due to ignorance and I accept them, but a 2-3 second delay (I dont know, haven't seen the timestamps, feels shorter), cannot be seen as a human error, in ANY case? Im sorry for having a fucked up reaction time, lol.

Learn to control yourself and stop posting, you won't be unbanned. Continuing to do so will be seen as harassment and can result in a ban on the forums as well, especially since we have already given you an answer multiple times.
