    @Gossamer

Ok, I have a question. But first, let me say that I have a bishop so levelling with a lot of int is no problem.

So now I am a level 31 Assassin and I am following your guide. Right now my base stats are 4/25/140/4 with 2 AP left. I plan to MP wash as much as possible until 90-100 because I understand that I need 51 levels to HP wash to 9000 HP. So my question is: Can I level up and keep the AP until lets say level 95 (I would still be 4/25/140/4 at level 95) and MP wash all the accumulated AP at once? I would have (64*5 + 2) = 322 AP to MP wash. I know this will cost a lot but hypothetically, can this work?

    Thanks in advance.

Yes, you can store up your LevelUpAP and use them all at once. Not sure why you would want to, other than for convenience. It'll cost just as much to MP Wash 5 times a level, than it would to MP Wash 50 times with saved up LevelUpAP.

Are you saying you're going to MP Wash 322 times? That'd be a bit of overkill o_O Are you trying to go passed 9000HP? Because you'll only need to MP Wash about 50 times to hit the goal of 9000HP.

23k. Which would be 14375 with HB. That's my current understanding, but I could be completely off. If you MP Wash 322 times, you will have enough MP to HP Wash to 14375HP. Not sure if you'll need more than that because of Mass Dispel, or whatnot. I haven't looked into it yet. Still working on getting accurate Job Advancement HP/MP Gains and Minimum MaxMP Formulas.

The spearman section of this guide has been changed to reflect my change in knowledge of Spearmen job advancement gains.

It's actually right back to where it was a couple months ago, haha.

I've also changed stuff in the "Formulas" spoiler for all warriors. Only slight changes.

I hope to be 100% sure on Pages soon, and I hope to receive more data from Pirates.

Do you mind helping me calculate how much extra MP I would need to get 18k HP as an assassin?

You've helped me before, I'm hoping you can help me again. I'm now 160 with 7.7k hp and I think I'm satisfied. A buddy told me that, as a range character, I am fine to HT without HB with 7.6k hp. Just gotta avoid hugging legs/tail. Is that true?

If it is true and 7.6k is indeed that magic number for range characters w/o HB, then I plan to wash out this Int into Dex. I'm satisfied with my hp where it is, but if it's possible through mp washing, what is my best course of action towards maximizing any last hp gains while washing my Int back out into Dex? This is my stats as of now. Thank you for any advice you have to give, I will hold off on resetting anything until I hear back from you!

At lvl 155, you would need 7,425 Extra MaxMP.

If you're looking to MP Wash more MP, you gotta do it while you still have your 100 base INT. There's not some convenient scenario where you MP Wash as you get rid of your INT, or anything like that. You want as much base INT as possible when you MP Wash. And since MP Washing is just -MP +MP, it will always just be 1 AP Reset = 9 MP, as long as you have that 100 Base INT.

You're probably fine. Just get rid of that INT, and HP Wash with any remaining MP you have.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. You've probably already taken care of things already, lol

Well I actually only have 61 base Int, not 100, but I'm assuming the message is the same. I'll just wash out directly from Int to Dex at this point, thanks!

They are different because our understanding of job advancement gains has changed over time. Whatever is in my guide now is most likely accurate, for thieves at least, because I have gathered data from actual players, rather than relying on different sources of unreliable code.

Thus, the first group of formulas you posted should be correct, since they are from the current guide.

Is there a point to MP wash early on a gunslinger if I'm planning on leeching all the way till 130?

You just need to have enough levels for the washing. That's all. HP Washing a Gunslinger doesn't require any LevelUps, so you can wait a while. Just make sure you have enough LevelUpAP to MP Wash.
