Upon some quick research i've found that 12 atk 0 slot is roughly 4.6-5b. However since your pgc has slots you could get more out of it. I was able to trade a 13 atk pgc + 1.5b for 13 atk 3 slot pgc! So in conclusion, i'd say it would be worth up to 6b, more or less.
