Pretty simple. I used an Owl twice to search for Craven's and was d/c'ed both times. I don't care if it's an issue that is chosen to be ignored. It should be made clear that it's a possibility before people waste mesos.
I would appreciate if I could be directed to one of the stickies containing this information. I had ctrl+F'd all of them and could not find any sort of comment from the staff on this issue.
There is one bug report on the first page https://royals.ms/forum/forums/report-bug.41/ and one on the second page https://royals.ms/forum/forums/report-bug.41/page-2
Let me apologize for the lack of clarity on my part. The stickies seem to state prominently to not report bugs already listed on the threads themselves. None of the stickies themselves acknowledge this issue. I saw the threads already up and made reference to them, but as the staff has not made comment on the actual nature of the issue, I felt nothing is gained from the already existing threads.
For clarity, could you please explain the purpose of the stickies, as I seem to misunderstand them. What reason for them exists if a currently existing and acknowledged bug is not reported there?
So if I'm looking for substantial information on this issue, what should I do? It seems clear from the threads you yourself linked that nothing is added from the comments made by the staff on the issue. If the stickies are not being updated, perhaps it would indicate that one should update them? I do not mean to imply that the staff is not already hard at work with other affairs, but if an issue is acknowledged by the staff, should that acknowledgment not be placed in a single bug list? The conveyance from the staff posts in similar threads indicate an understanding of the issue enough to comment on it and yet I get no understanding of the issue from their posts beyond "no refunds" If I wish to understand what I should do when faced with a bug, I feel I shouldn't be scrounging for scraps of knowledge from the community when the staff know enough about the issue to warrant a clearer statement displayed more prominently.
There is no more information to give you about the problem. If you want someone to create/update a bug report list containing all bugs, you can make a feedback thread, ask someone, do it yourself, it has not been needed or asked for.
