Need Advice for Hero :D

hey all~
Currently I'm going to be a hero soon and I'm wondering whether with my current funds, I should get a decent Stonetooth sword or 1H sword with WA Shield. If so, how much should I aim for?
As for my funds, I have roughly 1.2 B.
I need your advice.

Go for a Stonetooth Sword and aim for around 125 attack.

Not sure. Might be one sitting in the free market right now. Stonetooth Swords cone up pretty frequently in the market.
