I remember it normally could take you to 3 different locations for the three fees mentioned. As far as I've seen, you can only take the 45000 meso route. Do note that it's 3 separate fees, not 1 huge fee (tough that'd be hilarious )
Oh heh back when I played MSEA it was 1 place at 1 distinct fee, so I assumed it was the same here. Side-note: I thought it was hilarious, came here to post about it, died in El Nath and got respawned in Kerning. Shoutout to Lazz and Amy for being there to help tho. Apparently unreplicatable, so you guys shouldn't worry about it.
