Closed Voting Bugged?

I've played for a little more than a week and I've only been able to collect 3 or 4 out of the 9 days of NX that were available. Some of the problems that I ran into were that I would be ready to vote, proceed and it would suspect me as a robot, then indicate that I already voted for that. Alternatively, I would log off and vote and it would stay I am still logged in, and then bug my vote timer again. Are these days reimbursable? It's been a buzzkill that I wait to vote and have a list of NX items I want to get but I keep encountering these bugs. Help would be appreciated.

 

What was the time it told you to wait before you could vote again?

This would be that you got stuck logged in and it would hinder you from voting and you would not lose NX because of this, you would only have to either wait or post in character issues for your account to be logged out by a GM.


You should be using your login ID when you vote.
I assume the voting problem you have had the most problem with is that the timer tells you that you have already voted when you tried at the voting page?

 

The timer it told me was 1438 minutes.

Yes primarily the timer keeps saying I've already voted.

 

Refunds can only be given if you voted successfully and because of a server problem you did not receive the NX, being unable to vote is not a server sided problem.
If it told you to wait 1438 minutes either you or someone else voted 2 minutes ago, and you should have received the NX if you made the timer reset, assuming you were never online in game when you voted.

If you are living with someone that also plays here and votes you will need to sign up for the voting whitelist, I suggest reading the voting rules if you haven't: Voting Rules
Playing on the same computer as another person who also plays here could cause voting problems.

You can try these things, to solve future voting problems:

Try voting using your mobile phone, if that doesn't work and you have the option try the next thing.

Assuming you have access to a 3g connection like a mobile phone and your computer is wireless could you try these steps:

1. Disable your computers wifi
2. Log into the game using your 3g connection
3. Log out from the game
4. Go to the website and vote still using your 3g connection
5. If it works, enable your wifi and play using that
