I fail to comprehend how you can consider yourself to be innocent if you've broken the rule of account sharing as well a letting a hacker log in to your account. With that said unbanning you would allow your hacker friend to play again as well since he has access to your account, this is not something we will consider so the answer to your unban request is simply no.
