Breakfast is the main meal of the day. You should not skip breakfast will not be good for your health
I skip breakfast almost all the time. My breakfast is usually a Cup of coffee and a cigarette. I don't get hungry until after 2-3 hours of being up.
I usually eat nothing for the first 12hrs then I bulk just before sleeping. I have no problem living like this even it sounds (and is) a bad habit.
I have never eaten breakfast, even in the weekends when theres no school, i get to sleep to 11:30, and i start eating at like 12:00. But still breakfast is the main meal of the day, 1 little banana can help alot during your day.
I never really understood why breakfast is hailed at the most important meal of the day. I never eat breakfast. And for that matter, I don't really eat lunch. In my opinion, there's no point in eating if you're not hungry. I eat dinner since I'm -actually- hungry, but apart from that, it's just eating for the sake of eating. Which, from my perspective, is just wasting food. As long as you get adequate protein and micronutrients while eating at least as many calories as your BMR (basal metabolic rate) per every 24 hours, I don't see why skipping breakfast is bad at all.
Oh yea banana can actually hold my mood up till lunch! But sometime i forgot to buy them so i have to starve in da morning
Well I working out again and I hit to the gym in the morning. So breakfast becomes essential for me. Oats, black coffee and protein shake!
I've been taught that protein shake is not really "neccessary" as long as you get enough protein I am a little scared to drink it somehow after i heard that
I'm the kind of person who just isn't hungry as soon as you get up. I usually have to wait a few hours before I eat something, but the thing is, I usually get up around 9-9:30 so when I do actually start to get hungry it's already lunch time. So yea, I tend to skip over breakfast a lot...
Like she said. I can see why people think breakfast is really important since your body's been resting and in need of macros when you wake up, but honestly as long as you get your macros in by the end of the day it's fine. Obviously fitting all your macros in one meal is not the most ideal, but whether it's 2 meals, 3 meals, 6 little meals, etc, just fit the numbers in and don't really have a problem
The last time I had breakfast was when I stayed up all night with @Aly @Moo and @Matt and then had breakfast at 8 am ... can't remember the last time before that :^) In the choice between food and sleep, I always choose sleep!
