PC problem opening game in window mode

Hey there , so I'm just wondering if me not being able to put the game in window mode is normal for a PC user. I'm trying to watch movies and stuff on my other screen but when the games on fullscreen it messes with my resolution on the other screen. Thankyou for your time

 

are you unable to change the game to window mode?

 

Press alt+enter to enter window mode once the game got to the login screen.

 

Yes that's correct, I just hear a ping and nothing happens when i press "Alt + Enter "

The same issues happens even in the login screen.

 

Try using DxWnd then.

 

I'm not having any luck with the DxWnd program yet, but I'll shoot along this idea so thankyou MageLootz !

 

You could simply try changing screen resolution, some screen resolutions might cause that problem.
