    I am playing Mapleroyals in my school dormitory. GodofWoo is not my character. I am using my account, I did not share my account or IP with others.

    我在學校宿舍用學校網路玩Mapleroyals，可是GodofWoo不是我帳號裡面的角色，而且我自己的帳號也沒有分享給其他人用，所以希望GM能查清楚謝謝。

    The problem is that your IP is the same as GodofWoo's, as you both live in the same dorm. Unfortuntaly, our system bans entire IP-adresses. Anyone that tries to connect to Royals with that IP will be kicked off. There's nothing we can do about that.

    I found the same dormitory with my players and using hacker.
    I blame he should not do such a thing. Destruction game experience
    But his IP is 192.168.108.30 my IP is 192.168.108.126
    His IP is completely different to me
    Can GM also ask me a reasonable and helped me unban?

    That is just your local IP, which will be different. Your external IP address, what the world sees, is the same.

    and also have one guy banned because GodofWoo
    Can you unban us?

    if we unban your dorm IP he will be able to play again as well, we don't give second chances to hackers so we can't do that.
    If you have somewhere else to play (on a different connection) we can unban your account so you can play there

    No we cannot accept that. You need to find a different internet connection to play on. Your dorm internet is now no longer able to play MapleRoyals.
