Question about NX Shop + Vote

So... I know they say it's 24h to vote.

That's the first question, is it exactly 24h? Or does it reset at a certain time zone?
I'm pretty sure I voted yesterday at 2pm (in my zone), and in the site say I have to vote at 6pm...

Second question is about the itens from the shop.
I noticed that i can't trade the pet, so it's ok, I bought another one for the other char.
But then I tryied to transfer back the item pouch and meso magnet, and it didn't let me.
Is there a limit of NX stuff to be transfered, or something like that?

I've recently learned that after equip an nx item and unequip you can't trade it till you cc

 

I've recently learned that they have a server time, different from what your time zone may be. And the voting time reset is exactly 24hrs. If you try to vote again it will tell you how much time, in minutes, you have to wait to vote again.

 

I voted again at 6pm (its almost 9pm now I'm est+3)
But something happened.
I have two accounts, which i vote for each one in a different computer for double pleasure.
And the time today counted for both them.
Yesterday it didn't =(

 

Yea, they don't let more than 1 vote go through a day per ip address, which is why there is a voting white list, for if you live with other royallers and you both want to vote. So technically that is not allowed, I don't know whether or not it is detailed in the Terms and Conditions though.

 

I believe what you're doing is vote abuse if you're voting twice a day.

Well, I'm not voting twice a day in the same computer/house/ip/account, so I don't really see a problem in that.
But i'll check about that white list to add my wife's account, thanks.

 

I understand that but from what I read in your original post you stated that you are voting on 2 different accounts for your own "double pleasure" and that both accounts were yours..

Thanks for the advice guys. I'll just quit doing that 'cause I want to play in a good way ._.
If my wife decide to play more often, Ill check the whitelist option.

For the other question, I've tryied what @Kaka said, and it worked for most of the itens.
Just the PET doesn't go, even if I try to drop it.
Is it not tradeable at all? Is there anything else that I cant trade/drop?

 

Certain items like pets and gachapon tickets for example can not be traded or dropped.
