Closed My ban is over but I still can't login

    Character Name:Cyphers
    Issue:my ban is over but i still cant login
    Additional Information:When I double click on my character, the MapleRoyals client closed. Showing the message "You have disconnected from the server. Please try it again later.

    We can't really assist you if your last known IP and MAC to the database aren't the ones you have issues with.

    I understand that you want to play right now and that you use a VPN to do so, but if you keep logging in to your VPN I won't see the computer that has log in problems and thus I can't help you.
    It would help a lot if your most recent log in attempt was from the computer that has problems so I can attempt to assist you.
