    Why do you think you got banned?: must be a bug, I made a thread to character issues about this same account which was stuck logged in. After my account was fixed I found that my account had been banned. https://royals.ms/forum/threads/id-already-logged-in.63182/
    Ban message when attempting to log in: Jennifer permanently banned Wharmpess. Hacking, it doesn't work that way.

    Is this similar to what happened yesterday with the dragonfister bans? how come I am banned even i haven't committed any "crimes" here.
    I've got mobile broadband connection so my IP changes every time I turn on my computer. does this affect to it?

    Someone on your IP address is hacking and because of that, you too have been banned.

    Then if that's the case, you hacked yourself. The IP address of the account hacking matches your account you are appealing on.
