Hey Royals! Some of you may know this already but I've done betting pools on sporting events in the past and wanted to do another one with March Madness coming up. Usually I just do them with friends but I'll be opening this one up to all of Royals! For those unfamiliar with the Tournament Bracket Challenge it looks like this, except with teams filled in. When the brackets are set up I'll be posting a link to an ESPN group where we can all make our brackets in. Ok here's the Royals group. You'll need to have an ESPN account and the group password in order to join. Rules: 20m buy in Pay before being included in the group Must complete bracket before the tournament starts Only one bracket per person Name your bracket your character IGN Maybe more if I'm missing anything The group will be password protected, so you won't be able to randomly join. I'll give out the password to those interested once they pay the buy in. Winnings depend on how many people join, but typically I do top three in a 50:30:20 ratio. I'll also be posting the IGNs of everyone involved so we know who's participating. Don't forget this is a full month affair! The championship isn't played until April so be patient. If you're interested let me know here or in game on Robb. EDIT: When I started this idea I forgot that I'll be fairly inactive in game for a couple weeks, so if you need to contact someone in game I'll also have Detox collect buy ins and give out the password. As Rob said in his original post, I will be taking bets in game if he isn't online. I just wanted to add that in addition to Detox, I might also be on Retox. If I'm on neither, feel free to PM me here and I'll collect your mesos within the hour.
I want Kentucky in the final four. I had the honor (and the horror) of playing against Julius Randle last year before he graduated. He fractured my wrist, but I want to see him play well.
