I was banned due to https://royals.ms/forum/threads/report-for-harassment-ksing.67066/ and I do feel wrongfully banned. Why? First off, how does the 5 screenshots show that I have harassed dragonasn ? It doesn't show any evidence of me harassming dragonasn, dragonasn claimed that "we started suiciding near her anego" with the intention of messing up the pin and having anego attacking her. It's funny how dragonasn could justify our intentions of us "suiciding" near anego, if we would want to mess up the pin, we would have attacked the anego and we could easily messed it up, perhaps we had messed up the pin when we went near anego, but dragonasn failed to mention that, it was an one time event, after I got ressed, I simply stayed in the corner doing nothing, the only skill I casted was echo. Also, it should be noted that "suiciding" may not be intentional, I mean, you don't expect every players to have at least 12k hp and to be able to tank anegos, clearly players died due to contact with anego and not due to other reasons. Back to the topic on screenshots, dragonasn claimed that she has asked us to cc several times but other than the cropped screenshot, that is the only evidence of her asking us to cc. Also, the other screenshot which shows that I had interacted with the map, I am not clear about how this work but perhaps it's because I died and not due to attacking, if you check my character, it has almost no items on him, it is only equiped with a red maple umbrella hence doesn't have the capacity to attack and hence I can definitely tell you that I did not attacked. Subsequently, out of 5 screenshots, 2 of them are cropped, based on precedences, some of them listed in spoiler, and the format notice which is shown when making a report thread, "Edited or partial screenshots will not be accepted as evidence", this should disregard the 2 screenshots which are cropped. Even if so, that all of the evidences are admissible, what does it prove? there's a screenshot which shows me being in the corner of the map but how is this harassment? if they really hated my presence dragonasn could have took few screenshots telling me that I should leave and if that is the case, I'd accept that I commited a crime but I was banned without solid evidence. Perhaps, I should be the one creating the report of harassment, -getting framed, reported and banned for a crime without evidence, which I did not even commit, now that's harassment.
Please don't blame me for your own mistake, your original thread was in no way a ban appeal and was as you stated just a salty thread hence I closed it as it does count as wasting our time. Regarding your believe of the lack of evidence, we can review the ban for you if you so desire which could include us checking chat logs to see if what has been said in the cropped screenshots really happened or not. However I'm a bit confused about what you're saying in this ban appeal compared to what you've said ingame, if you could please clarify that it would be appreciated: The reason I ask you to clarify this part is because you mentioned ingame that you might get banned for harassment which hints towards you knowing you've done something against the T&C.
I see, I guess I shouldn't have typed that as my intention is not to mean literrally not a ban appeal and that I didn't really like the reply of yours. The chats in the screenshots did happened as far as I remember but it doesn't show the full situation of it, and I don't see myself harassing or ksing, even remember to begin with. Perhaps Dragonasn did asked to cc but shouldn't the screenshots includes that too ? Rather than "I have told you guys to cc many times", Even so, unless staying in a map without attacking or looting and being in the corner of the map after being told to cc to be an offence, since it's already 3am+ during the situation being tired and I wasn't focus on the screen while doing something else hence being corner of the map. Thus this is why I said that I might get banned for harrassment and not ksing as the reporter's friend said something like "thanks for admitting that you guys ksed".
Yes that can be considered an offense on a bossmap like anego. If the mapowner asks you to leave you should do that regardless of what you're doing or not doing on the map. Since you replied you weren't AFK either. This has no additional value to a ban appeal. If you're tired stop playing video games and get some rest.
