Can anyone help me do lvl 30 job adv on archer?

I'm not quite sure what you mean. Do you need help doing it or do you need tips on how to do it?

 

1. Go find Athena Pierce in Henesys.
2. Find your 2nd job instructor. I think from Henesys you go top right portal to find her.
3. Kill stuff and get 30 marbles
4. Go back to Athena Pierce.

If you're referring to having someone kill for you, that's not possible.

And if you're speaking as a high base int bowman (or poor dex), then you'd need to buy accuracy/attack consumables/equips.
