The only solution I can think of is just to use another browser to download the file.

Chrome blocks the download on all browsers? If it claims its Chrome when you're using Firefox or IE, you have some malware pretending to be Chrome. If it's your antivirus that is stepping in, I recommend you disable it until the download and install completes and then add an exception for MapleRoyals to the program so that it does not delete the EXE.

I meant to say. Chrome blocks the download, but ive tried many other browsers and they block it too. I only have the game working on my laptop sadly. I can't figure out how to disable bittdefender on computer because I think that is the issue. Ive googled and tried adding privledges to this game, but i must not be doing something right

When I tried downloading the file, it said about the browser refusing the download, what I did was go to CTRL + J and click allow (download) at the file's name, and make sure you turn off the Windows Defender, which also prevented me from getting the file.

Windows defender was never on and still cant get it to work. I was able to keep the program after in the intsallation and I clicked run and it said the server was offline

If the server is offline, then the server is offline.
Unless u have to disable these loopback adapters, which I can't really explain how right now, try to look it up on google. Also try to right click> run as admin, do it even though it is asking you when you normally double.

What does that have to do with what I adviced you to do? Try to disable the loopback adapters, it is somewhere around the control panel.

Chrome has always blocked my MR setup download, but switching browsers (firefox), will always download it without any problems whatsoever.
