    The character HanO3O was played from the same IP as you play from, do you happen to play from a public internet connection such as an internet café or university / dorm?

    I didn't share my phone internet with other people, and I play RMS in school with school wifi for a few time. I don't know that guy, maybe someone in my school but i don't know him.
    How can I get my account back?
