Duplicate PPQ Bugged

    So I and my party members killed King Pirate, and the NPC to end the party quest doesn't show up.

    We were just stuck there doing nothing, with no NPC showing up at all. According to Pastarazzi, this doesn't happen very often, but I thought this would be worthwhile to report.

    This is a current problem with NPC's and not specific to PPQ, it will be solved as soon as possible.

    UPDATE: We tried the PQ again and it is bugged once more. The NPC won't show up after we kill King Pirate. I think it may be permanently bugged.
