I remember last time I played I exited during a KPQ. Now when I log in, probably 4 out of 5 times, it disconnects once I select my player. I see a background image, then it crashes with the error code 38 "End of file". However, the times that I don't, I'm stuck at the end of the KPQ. Talking to Nella does nothing. I can't change channel in the area. I've tried "~gm" but nothing shows up in the chat. I've tried just talking in the chat, but nothing moves. The game is basically frozen but I can still play it. It just isn't connected to the server, I don't think. This is where I'm stuck:
Did you download MapleRoyals from our website? You need to make sure you use our files or you will encounter errors like the one you stated. Or in worst case scenarios you could end up getting banned for using the incorrect files.
Yup, got it from the website. Oddly enough I just stopped trying for a bit, logged out, and got back to it an hour later and it seemed to just fix itself. It's working perfectly fine now.
Also note that KPQ is usually very glitchy in Ch 1. If you have problems on other channels, follow these steps: Log out Wait 3-5 mins Log back in Disband your current party Change channels Make a new party Try again
