I just came back to the game and it seems like I sold all my gear before leaving the game. I got 4.8 bil to spend and I want to spend it right. I'm looking for the most cost-effective way so I can get the maximum out of my mesos. What I am looking for is:

Earrings : 25-28 TMA
Wand : 183-186 TMA
Shield : 24-27 TMA
Silver deputy star
Gloves: 16-19 TMA
Overall: Have no clue so would like some help here.
Cape: Same as above
Shoes: Same as above

do you need face too ? have int 10 mask for 800

 

Face is kinda expensive. Need to be cost effective and getting 10 int for 800mil is not the best idea with limited funds.
