unfortunately for you the MAC, IP and all related accounts will have to deal with a temporary ban because of your friends' actions. We cannot unlock your IP since it will also allow him to play again on a new account which would render his punishment useless. all bans are bound to people and their connections + accounts so making 2 ban appeals for your characters also has no use.
The ban not being lifted from people not responsible/not able to control the situation is very unfortunate. Aside from this matter, i believe your banning system is unjust to say the least. It's very easy to portray someone as the "bad guy" of a situation where you are the only author of the story (Thresh). By reporting an insult (screenshot just in the most convenient moment) and an apparent "ksing" story which is not true smh and just going through with the ban. I don't see how you didn't think that a bishop level 160+ could just bully a ranger level 80-90 if he wanted to win the ownership of a map and thus create the portrayed conflict which was at least justified because he was stealing the ownership of the map in the first place . All this just because he went out of his way to drag someone else down.
Regardless of if you think it's unfair or not, it was uncalled for and against the rules. The guy asked for you / your supposed roommate to please change channels and instead of doing so you / your supposed roommate decided to be a jerk. There was no stealing the map owner because if you were afk long enough for someone else to take it then that's on you. That's how the mapowner system works.
