So, as I get into the zakum run, 20-30 seconds into the run , I just randomly Dc. 1 instance was just after someone used Genesis, and the other instance i could not see the big significance. Try GFXing (changing your graphics settings) just before arms spawn. Something else you can try is changing the compatibility settings. I've found that Windows 98/me works the best for me during boss runs. You could also try downloading and using VMware.
