Question about marksman skill "snipe"

I had a question about the skill Snipe. I browsed the forum but couldn't really find an answer.
Does snipe fully work on MapleRoyals, and what is the current damage cap for snipe?

Ye it works, 200k dmg 1 line each time (196~). Currently a 10 second CD (skill is bugged though and shows 15 seconds) and should be 5 in new source.

 

So lemme get this straight.... Marksman's skill "Snipe" at max level, is still currently 10 seconds, instead of 5 seconds like it should be?

 

Yeah that's it, just a slightly bugged timer at the moment (rip dps).
