What's the deal with ToT training?

    I just hit 121 on my NL and the guide I'm using says that I should be training at ToT to get to 135 but the experience seems really slow. Does it get faster as I progress though the temple? Completing the 999 quests don't seem to yield much experience and the mobs take quite a few hits with avenger. Any information as to why this is recommended would be much appreciated! Thank you!

    Yeah experience doesn't pick up until you get to RoR probably, which means you have to kill like 5k mobs at the memory lanes before you can get good EXP rates. It's still good to clear ToT quests though because they're pretty much your end game grinding spot till 200.

    Dunno what guide you're using, but I suggest training there after 135 - specifically training in Oblivion or RoR with a fire/poison arch mage. Oblivion is best with a mage that can 2 hit, or duo with a warrior.

    It's also not worth to train at tot if you're not strong enough; you'd be better off hunting bosses

    So I should be bossing from 120-135? Or is it faster to grind?!

    Haha I just noticed it was actually your guide that says to train there from 120-135!

    Personally I wouldn't grind a nl especially at your level; I would either have it leeched to 135 or hunt anego/bf

    Oh odd, what I probably meant was to do the quests up to oblivion and start training there after :p It's been a while since I wrote it
