[bug] keyboard mapping not saving and skill window always pops out

    hi,
    as the subject says, i got a bug that skill window always pops out without any reason,
    also my key mapping doesn't save, which means i have to map my keys every time i log in, this is frustrating..
    please solve that issue.

    im in a guild, but dont know if any alliance disabled
