Title says exact issue. Just estimating here, but 1 out of 2 times i open up character profiles, others and my own included, i will disconnect. This also happened to someone who tried to open mine to party me, he told me to remove the items out of my wishlist, but i dont and didnt have anything on it. After i went in and out of the cash shop however, he could click me again. Cant really give much more information sorry :x
Remove your pet and see if that solves it. Also make sure that the problem is not with any pet equips you might have on you.
