Oh sorry this is a misunderstanding. Hmm im a manager of a group. And some of the members need VPN to registered forum account .They asked me and i help them post . All the marning i have told them .Sorry pls help him.
to avoid confusion banned people will have to make their own ban appeals on their own forum accounts. This can be done in chinese or other languages if they are not good with English.
