Character Name: XSh4d0wCI4wX Last thing you did: 2nd Job advancement that got bugged, retried to do it, unable to do it cause of some bug, went back to the Job Master, Game Crashed and i couldn't log in again from any account. (Can go up to the Character Screen). Why do you think you got banned?: Bugged Game Crash Ban message when attempting to log in: Screen Crash and an error message saying: "You have been disconnected from the Server". Full Explanation: I really don't know why i got banned, i think it's because of some game bug that occurred, I was just doing a 2nd Job advancement with my Thief, and then it said that i need to redo it (Talk to Job Instructor), i went to the Job instructor and he said i finished it. Went back to Kerning city and when i tried to go inside the Job Master's Map the Game Crashed, since then i wasn't able to login from any character, i looked up the problem in the Troubleshooting Guide and it's written that the reason is that i got MAC Banned. I really don't know why i got banned, i never once scammed, hacked, or was unfair to someone. [Please tell me if this is the incorrect Sub-Forum because i changed the location of this problem several times]

your MAC address is hidden to us, do you have any loopback adapters in your network that you can disable?
i don't think so, here are my adapters http://prntscr.com/c2q8px Actually thinking about it, these OAS adapters have been reappearing after i delete them. is that the cause?
It did not help, same problem You have been disconnected from the Server, Try again later. I didn't have any problems before that, just after 1 crash (happened all the time in kerning city) suddenly i wasn't able to login
PROBLEM FIX I fixed the problem, the adapters reappeared when i logged in, so i didn't disable them, i enabled them. i guess it's an adapter that lets me play in your server? well. anyways i'm able to play now. thanks for the help! [You can Close this thread]
