So... heres the thing: i tried to connect the server from 2 computers on sperate networks, in both of them it showed that the firewall is "blocking" the app, i check the firewall and everything was ok (same as before when i was able to join the server), i dont have ban or anything on my user and it still pops up.
Try disabling your anti-virus/firewall completely? Or, make sure mapleroyals.exe is added in your exclusion/allowed executable program lists.
already tried disabling my anti-virus and firewall, didnt work and i added mapleroyals.exe to the list and was allowed by me manually
Depends on your anti-virus, different anti-viruses have a different a different user interface, so it's hard to specifically tell you the steps. Try googling? Also, iirc, incorrect compatibility in mapleroyals.exe can also cause connection problems, so maybe you wanna uncheck/disable that too.

Right click properties, and select compatibility tab seems like you're not the only one, there were one or two people yesterday saying they were experiencing this in the shoutbox...
Ive tried all of the compatibilities, none of them work. It magically worked before for 10 minutes or so then back to square one.
Have you tried re-installing and make sure you've installed in a separate folder from other private servers/official server? Also, have you tried restarting your router, and if it doesn't work, reset your router and see if it works?
It doesnt let me access the game using my wifi, everything else works fine but MapleRoyals. I can access the website and forums with no issues. If I use 4G it lets me ingame
