Fixed Not Gaining Xp from game

im lvl 50 when this happened
i turned 51 but my xp was stucked at 99.98%
until now im not gaining any xp

 

I've never seen anything quite like this before.

I suppose the obvious first question to ask is: do you have any active quests or did you receive any text bubble message informing you that you had a bugged quest around the time that this happened?

 

no i dont have
i already forfeit all my quest and no bubble message was there before it happened
now when my character dies it returns to zero
but when i kill monster it returns to 99.98%

 

Try disconnecting and reconnecting. The database shows you are Level 51 with 0 XP.

 

@John: I wonder if this was the start of the problem with information not saving properly? If so, Paul's problem should hopefully be fixed when we bring the server back up.

 

Kat, it's not. Hopefully this is fixed after the server restart though.

If not I'll check the code to see what's wrong.

What did fix the problem in the end?

 

i just deleted the mapleroyals @ my local disc c -program files then downloaded again
after downloading restart computer then its good to go
